Platform and API Usage
You agree not to use the Meshes platform or API to:
- Exceed or attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, authentication controls, or other access restrictions, whether through automated means or otherwise.
- Interfere with the performance, availability, or stability of our Services or the experience of other customers.
- Use automated tools (such as bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access, monitor, or copy content from our platform, except through our published APIs and SDKs used in accordance with our documentation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying architecture, or proprietary algorithms of our platform or Services.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to our Services as a standalone product without our prior written consent.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code through our platform.
Event Routing and Integration Usage
Because our Services route events to third-party applications and services, you are responsible for the downstream effects of events routed through your account. You agree not to use our Services to:
- Route events designed to trigger unsolicited bulk email, SMS, push notifications, or other messaging through downstream integrations.
- Facilitate the transmission of content that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam, privacy, or electronic communications laws.
- Route events intended to harass, threaten, defame, or defraud recipients of downstream communications.
- Circumvent the acceptable use policies, rate limits, sending quotas, or anti-abuse measures of any connected third-party service.
- Route events that trigger communications containing false, misleading, or deceptive information.
- Use our platform to facilitate phishing, social engineering, or other fraudulent schemes through connected integrations.
You are responsible for ensuring that any communications or actions triggered through your use of our Services comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any connected third-party services.
Content and Data
You agree not to use our Services to process, store, or transmit:
- Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
