Integrations

Use these docs to connect supported destinations, configure rules, and test delivery in Meshes.

Meshes integrations let you route one product event to the destinations your team or customers rely on. Each integration page explains the connection requirements, supported actions, rule setup flow, test workflow, and the delivery details to review in Meshes.

If you are creating connections and rules through the public API instead of the dashboard, see Integrations & Rules.

CRM and customer data

  • ActiveCampaign Add or remove contacts from lists and add or remove tags from the same product events.
  • HubSpot Add or remove contacts from HubSpot lists and update HubSpot contact properties.
  • Intercom Add or remove tags on Intercom contacts from product behavior in Meshes.
  • Pipedrive Sync Pipedrive Persons by email, update supported Person fields, and manage Person labels from product events.
  • Salesforce Add contacts to Salesforce campaigns or update supported Contact picklist fields.

Email and audience management

  • AWeber Add subscribers to AWeber lists or unsubscribe them when the event says they should exit a flow.
  • Customer.io Track behavioral events and identify known or anonymous profiles via the Customer.io Pipelines CDP API so campaigns and segments react to real product activity.
  • Mailchimp Add contacts to Mailchimp audiences and update subscription state from product events.
  • MailerLite Add subscribers to groups or remove them from groups with event-driven rules.
  • Resend Add contacts to segments, remove them from segments, or send a template email from the same event flow.
  • SendGrid Send dynamic template emails or inline HTML emails from product events via SendGrid, with send-only API keys supported when you do not need template actions.

Messaging and alerts

  • Discord Post Discord embeds with a rule title and templated message body to channels when a Meshes event matches a rule.
  • Slack Post templated Slack messages to channels when a Meshes event matches a rule.

Meetings and onboarding

  • Zoom Register users for Zoom meetings and webinars directly from product events.

Custom delivery

  • Webhooks Send authenticated, signed event payloads to any HTTPS endpoint with configurable auth, custom headers, HMAC verification, payload modes, and HTTP methods.

Common workflow

Every integration follows the same operating pattern inside Meshes:

  1. Create the connection with OAuth, API credentials, or configuration values.
  2. Create a rule for the event type and resource type you want to route.
  3. Select the integration action and the destination item that action needs, such as a list, tag, campaign, or template.
  4. Map the event fields the destination should receive.
  5. Use Send Test Event to verify the rule.
  6. Review the result in Events to confirm delivery or troubleshoot failures.
